Refunds policy

Company: Elite Mobile Lab Co.
We strive to provide excellent service with every test. However, due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:
Non-Refundable Services
Once a DNA or drug test has been collected and submitted to the lab, no refunds can be issued.
Mobile service fees are non-refundable once the technician is dispatched.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a $25 scheduling fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule one time at no charge if you notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
Additional reschedules may incur a $20 fee.
Failed or Incomplete Tests
If a test cannot be completed due to client refusal, lack of ID, or uncooperative behavior, no refund will be issued.
